Seriously… we do know what we’re doing, most of the time…

I took a break from working in advertising to train as a PT in 2009, but the draw of long hours and free toast took me back, until I had my first child, when I realised that I wanted something different out of life. I went on to study a Barre Concept course from home (easier to fit around looking after two crazy kids) as I found when doing jump squats I kept pointing my toes.

I want to help you to gain more energy, flexibility, strength, endurance and tone, but most of all I want you to enjoy exercising. No matter what stage of life you are at, your fitness level, or how busy you may be, we can work together to achieve your goals and have fun.

I started practising yoga around 15 years ago whilst looking for something I could fit around my crazy television production work schedule. One of the best decisions I ever made was to train as a yoga teacher, in 2010.

I strongly believe there is a form of yoga out there for everyone and regardless of age or fitness level, anyone can benefit from a regular yoga practice.
